Sweetener to tasteStevia or monk fruit recommended
Instructions
Brew the Coffee:Start by brewing 1 cup of your favorite black coffee using a coffee maker or French press.
Add the Fat Sources:Once the coffee is hot, pour it into a blender or directly into a mug if using a frother. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (or MCT oil) and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter or ghee.
Blend or Froth:If using a blender, blend the mixture on high for 20-30 seconds until it becomes frothy and creamy. If using a frother, mix the coffee directly in the mug until the fats are fully combined and the coffee is smooth.
Optional Flavors:Stir in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and a couple of drops of vanilla extract for added flavor. Adjust sweetness by adding a low-calorie sweetener like stevia or monk fruit, to taste.
Serve:Pour the coffee into your favorite mug if you blended it, and enjoy it hot.

Notes
Blend for Smooth Texture: Using a blender helps emulsify the fats with the coffee, giving it a creamy, latte-like consistency without the need for dairy.
Adjust Fat Content: If you're new to the coffee loophole method, start with half the amount of coconut oil and butter to see how your body responds to the higher fat content.
Cinnamon for Extra Benefits: Adding cinnamon not only enhances the flavor but may help regulate blood sugar, which is beneficial for weight management.
Best Timing: Drink this coffee in the morning or before a workout to boost energy and focus without leaving you feeling hungry.
