Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Brewed black coffee
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 Tbsp Unsalted butter or ghee
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Optional
  • 1-2 Drops Vanilla extract Optional
  • Sweetener to taste Stevia or monk fruit recommended

Instructions
 

  • Brew the Coffee:
    Start by brewing 1 cup of your favorite black coffee using a coffee maker or French press.

    Once the coffee is hot, pour it into a blender or directly into a mug if using a frother.
    Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (or MCT oil) and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter or ghee.

    If using a blender, blend the mixture on high for 20-30 seconds until it becomes frothy and creamy.
    If using a frother, mix the coffee directly in the mug until the fats are fully combined and the coffee is smooth.

    Adjust sweetness by adding a low-calorie sweetener like stevia or monk fruit, to taste.
